i-ELEC is led by Christian and Kiah, supported by a team of electricians who share the company’s commitment to capable work, respectful conduct and helpful communication.

About i-ELEC

i-ELEC is a family-owned electrical company based in Alexandria and working across Sydney. We provide professional electrical services for homeowners, businesses, strata properties and property managers, with a strong focus on clear communication and considerate customer service.

For us, good electrical work is about more than completing a repair or installation. It is also about making the process straightforward, respecting the property and ensuring the customer understands what is being done. That approach has helped i-ELEC build lasting relationships with people who value reliable work and a team they can feel comfortable inviting into their home or property.

A Sydney electrical business built around people

Christian started i-ELEC with the aim of providing capable electrical work alongside a better standard of customer care. Today, Christian and Kiah lead the business together, bringing the personal responsibility of a family company to every part of the customer experience.

That means listening carefully, responding clearly and taking ownership of the work from the first conversation through to completion. Customers should not need to chase for basic information or be left uncertain about what is happening in their property.

Good electrical work should come with good communication. We take the time to understand the job, explain what is involved and help customers make informed decisions about their property.

Electrical services for Sydney homes and properties

i-ELEC works across a broad range of electrical needs, from everyday repairs and maintenance to carefully planned upgrades and installations. Our work includes lighting, ceiling fans, power points, switchboards, safety switches, smoke alarms, EV chargers, smart home automation, renovations and ongoing electrical maintenance.

Our residential work can be as simple as replacing a faulty fitting or as involved as planning the electrical requirements for a renovation. Whatever the size of the job, we understand that working inside someone’s home requires care. We aim to protect the surrounding area, minimise unnecessary disruption and leave the workspace clean and orderly.

We also support strata buildings, property managers, building managers and commercial clients. These properties often require a different kind of coordination, including access arrangements, communication with several parties, clear documentation and work planned around occupants or business operations.

Residential focus with broader experience

Homeowners are an important focus for i-ELEC. Electrical problems can be inconvenient and sometimes difficult to explain, particularly when the cause is not immediately visible. Our role is to listen to what you have noticed, investigate the issue properly and explain the available options in plain English.

At the same time, our experience across strata, property management and commercial electrical work gives the team a broader understanding of different buildings, electrical systems and access requirements. This can be especially valuable in Sydney, where homes range from older terraces and apartments to renovated houses and newer developments.

Meet the people behind i-ELEC

i-ELEC is led by Christian and Kiah, supported by a team of electricians who share the company’s commitment to capable work, respectful conduct and helpful communication.

Technical ability is essential, but it is not the only quality that matters when someone is working in your home, workplace or building. We also value patience, attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with customers, tenants, tradespeople and property representatives.

As a family business, the reputation of i-ELEC is personal. We want customers to remember not only that the electrical work was completed properly, but that they were treated with care throughout the process.

Every property and every customer is different. We approach each job with attention to the circumstances, rather than treating it as just another item on a work schedule.

Relationships built one job at a time

Many customers first contact an electrician because something has stopped working or a particular improvement is needed. Over time, that initial job can develop into an ongoing relationship with someone who understands the property and can be called again when another electrical need arises.

We value that continuity. Whether we are helping a homeowner maintain and improve their home, assisting a property manager across several properties or supporting a business with ongoing electrical requirements, our aim is to provide a dependable point of contact and a consistently professional experience.
